Custom Metal Fabrication

One-off metal solutions built to your exact specifications. From prototypes to production runs, we fabricate with precision.

What We Fabricate

Our 8,000 square foot shop handles everything from small brackets to complete equipment assemblies. We work with carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, using MIG, TIG, and stick welding processes depending on the material and application.

Heavy Equipment Components

Loader buckets, blade edges, hitch assemblies, and wear parts for mining and agricultural equipment. We understand the demands of heavy equipment in Idaho's conditions.

Structural Assemblies

Platforms, stairways, railings, and equipment stands. Full welds with proper penetration for structural integrity and inspector approval.

Custom Brackets & Mounts

Engine mounts, tank brackets, hydraulic line supports, and specialty fasteners. Bring your drawings or we'll engineer to your requirements.

From concept to prototype. We work with engineers and R&D teams to build test fixtures, jigs, and custom solutions.

FAQ

Ideally, provide drawings (PDF or CAD), dimensions, material specifications, and quantity needed. If you don't have drawings, sketches with dimensions and photos of similar parts work too. The more detail you can provide, the more accurate our quote.

Absolutely. We accept PDF, DXF, DWG, and other common formats. If you need drawings converted or modified, we can help with that too.

Yes. We can arrange sandblasting, priming, and painting through our partner shops. We also offer zinc coating and powder coating services for corrosion resistance.
